The quotation includes:

6 nights in three-room apartment in “agriturismo” farm-house with swimming pool 10 km from Todi, with the exclusive usage of the entire structure.
3 workshops of Umbrian and Italian cooking in English language followed by dinner based on the dishes prepared during the class and other courses (in total 15 hours).
A 3 full day excursion with DU assistance including light lunch and tastings.
1 half day excursion to Todi with DU assistance and lunch in a typical trattoria.
1 half day excursion to Orvieto with tourist guide in English and light lunch in a wine cellar.
Welcome and farewell dinner with Discovering Umbria staff.
Italian breakfast at the farm-house.
Total meals: 7 Italian breakfasts, 7 dinners and tastings at the accommodation, 4 light lunch and tasting at the oil mills, wineries and wine estates, 1 lunch in a typical trattoria in Todi.
