Dates of the programme: from the 4th of April to the 12th September

The quotation includes:
6 nights in three-room apartment in “agriturismo” farm-house with swimming pool 10 km from Todi, with the exclusive usage of the entire structure.
12 hours of Italian language course and teaching material.
3 workshops of Umbrian and Italian cooking in Italian language followed by dinner based on the dishes prepared during the class and other courses (in total 15 hours).
2 full day excursion with DU assistance including light lunch and tastings.
Welcome and farewell dinner with Discovering Umbria staff.
Italian breakfast at the farm-house.
Total meals: 7 Italian breakfasts, 6 dinners and tastings at the accommodation, 2 light lunches and tasting at the oil mills, wineries and wine estates, 4 buffet light lunches, 1 dinner in a typical trattoria in Todi.
Unlimited beverages (water and d.o.c. and i.g.t. wines IN BOTTLE) for dinner in the structure.
Daily cleaning and tidying up of the apartments, mid week linen change.
DU assistance during all the stay
Assistant present in the structure.

Enrolment Conditions:

The entire programme is held in Italian language. It is required a level of knowledge “Intermediate” (B1 – Independent User). In case of students level B2 or C1, the students will be divided in two groups.
On special requests it is possible to design a special programme only for beginners (level A1 – basic user).

THE COOKING CLASS IS OPEN TO BEGINNERS AS WELL AS TO LOVERS OF ITALIAN FOOD. IT IS NOT REQUIRED ANY KNOWLEDGE OF COOKING TECHNIQUES, BUT ONLY….PASSION!
